This has to be one of the prettiest ladles we have seen. To the inside of the bowl is the pheasant and floral pattern surrounded by the narrow border pattern to the rim, with the same border pattern to the outside rim of the bowl. There is lovely floral decoration along the line of the stem. There are a couple of tiny brown glazing marks one at the base of the stem and one on the outside of the bowl and just a touch at the end of the stem. Otherwise this ladle is in amazing condition.

This ladle is printed with a light blue floral pattern, which is a perfect match for Asiatic Pheasants, but from the portion of the pattern used on the ladle we cannot be sure it is actually Asiatic Pheasants. It comes therefore with the caveat that it may not be Asiatic Pheasants but it is a perfect match. There is a short firing crack which occured during manufacture in the bowl where it joins the handle. A few signs of age otherwise lovely condition. No makers or pattern back stamp.

Toast Rack c1890
Toast racks are rarely seen in Asiatic Pheasants and this is a particularly attractive one with the central teardrop on each bar forming a heart shape. Black printed on the end is RLC for Retford Liberal Club.

There is some wear and discolouration to the bars and a little to the rim and a small firing fault underneath to the foot. Overall an extremely attractive piece.

This small drainer would originally have been used in the base of a covered vegetable dish. No maker's backstamp. The glaze is crazed and there is a small chip and a nibble to the rim, otherwise bright and clean.

Drainers in Asiatic Pheasants are rare and this is an unusally small one, possibly originally from a vegetable dish.
The glaze is crazed and the drainer has generally taken up some staining, although the glaze remains bright. There are a couple of very minor hairlines to the rim and a small rim chip, which has been filled.

A Stilton cheese stand on a strong round splay foot, which is also decorated with the border pattern.
The glaze is crazed and has taken up some staining along the craze lines, plus one small patch of stain. There is also a chip on the rim. Right underneath the foot, a minor stress crack runs round and would have occurred in the firing during manufacture. The glaze is still bright and overall this stand is in good condition.

A Stilton cheese stand on a decorated round splay foot. This stand is of modest size and neat proprtions.
There are just a few signs of crazing of the glaze and three stilt marks in the glaze on the face. It really is in amazingly good condition. You would be hard pressed to find a better example.
