Ascot shape, slightly different shape of cup to the usual Italian teacup.
Backstamp: Spode England or Spode Made in England Italian Spode Design c1816 and cup also has date letter code U for 1995. This is scored through to imply they left the factory as seconds.
There is a little shadowing of the glaze around the inside rim, otherwise excellent condition. Depth of saucer colour may vary a little.

Also sometimes called a Joke cup and saucer! A very large cup with saucer which resembles a shallow dish.

Underneath the cup there is a tiny tiny chip and minute hairline, otherwise excellent condition.
