Platter c1810
A gorgeous oval platter. No backstamp but this pattern is usually attributed to Richard Woolley. There are a few minor manufacturing blemishes and on the back a little minor wear. Overall in excellent condition.

Richard Woolley. Lovely plate printed in a soft blue. No backstamp. Towards the lower edge of the plate there is a hairline of approximately 2.25" running from the curve and other small one at the top of the plate which does not go through.

Salad or Dessert Plate c1810
This design is normally attributed to Richard Woolley of Longton, Staffordshire active 1809 to 1814. A most attractive plate, with truly ornate Chinoiserie design. The glaze is crazed and there is a hairline running in for about 1.25 ins from the rim, with a few tiny flakes lost along it on the face. Overall bright and clean. No maker's backstamp.
