This is a superb plate with Robert Burns to the centre with three of his quotes to the border: Gif ye want a friend that's true I'm on your list. Oh wad the poer the giftie gie us tae see oursels as others see us. Rank is but the guinea stamp. The Mans the cowd for a that. Backstamp: Wood & Sons Ltd England and impressed date for 1914. A little very minor surface scratching otherwise excellent condition.
