| Maker: Carlton Ware Pattern:Unidentified Pattern Jug or Pitcher Hot Water with pewter lid c1899 Carlton Ware by Wiltshaw and Robinson in one of their favourite designs, here decorated with a floral pattern in a steely gray flow blue. This design of pitcher, with its famous band of pebble decoration, was registered in 1899.
There is a little wear to the gilt rim and on the handle, a minor glaze blemish in manufacture, overall in excellent condition. Has original swing open/shut pewter lid.
