A delightful little piece printed in a steely blue. The cover has a cut out for a ladle.
Backstamp: Wedgwood Etruria England.
Light all over crazing and there is a little thin glaze on the cover around the finial, where the blue appears a little green/grey. There is also a partial stress crack where the finial joins the cover, which occurred during firing in manufacture. Underneath the tureen there is a little minor discolouration, overall very good condition.

A most unusual and delightful set. Mustard, pepper and salt pots in a stand. The mustard and pepper have EPNS covers. The salt pot may originally have had a cover. There is a little wear around the rim of the salt pot and to the stand otherwise absolutely lovely.
