A little light crazing with a little wear to the outer rim and on the back.

Stunning large dish with tree and well feature printed in grey with the central view of Ivanhoe and the Templar surrounded by a delightful border of geese, hares, turkeys chickens, fish and partridge inset with portraits of key figures in the Ivanhoe tale. Backstamp: printed Staffordshire knot and AMS Trade Mark (being the retailer) and impressed Wedgwood and date code for 1882. On the front in script "Ivanhoe overthrows the Templar".
Light crazing with some wear to the outer rim and on the back a tiny hairline and a little wear to the foot. In the well there is a speck of loss of glaze and a tiny tiny hairline but this does not go through.

Fabulous large rimmed dish with pattern both inside and out. The scene inside of Rowena is surrounded by a delightful border of geese, hares, turkeys chickens, fish and partridge inset with portraits of key figures in the Backstamp: Ivanhoe AMS Trade Mark (the latter being the retailer) and impressed Wedgwood.
There is wear to the outer rim and a little mottling and the occasional blemish although this is mainly on the back.

Base only. A fabulous shaped tureen with ornate side handles highlighted with gilt. Around the outside is a delightful border of geese, hares, turkeys chickens, fish and partridge inset with portraits of key figures in the Ivanhoe tale and inside four pattern vignettes.

Inside there is a little minor blue smudging and just a little minor mottling in the glaze, overall excellent condition.
