Fabulous plate in this unusual pattern, which is a bit of an enigma. It seems not to be the Basket pattern introduced about 1805 nor the later Basket and Flowers introduced about 1820, rather a variation on them both.
Backstamp: blue printed Basket and impressed 7 and Wedgwood. There also appears to be a impressed date code CDG for December 1878.
Some surface scratching, a little wear to the inner rim and quite a lot of blue smudging, not one of Wedgwoods' best print jobs.

A little very minor surface scratching otherwise excellent condition.

Absolutely gorgeous plate, extremely finely potted.
Backstamp: Impressed Wedgwood HH.
Light crazing with a couple of hairlines on the back which do not appear to go through to the face of the plate.

Beautiful floral design, incorporating a basket.
Impressed backstamp WEDGWOOD and two knib makers marks, plus a blue printed W.
Some minor utensil marks and a few minor rubs to the rim, not affecting the face, overall a bright and clean piece.

Sauce Tureen Stand c1825
A gorgeous little piece blue printed under the glaze with hand applied colour.
Backstamp: Impressed Wedgwood, 2, four dots and in script pattern No 1189.
Small minor hairline to the rim, some wear to the colour, one or two minor blemishes to the face and some wear to the back but overall a beautiful little piece.
