The gilt rim is quite worn otherwise in excellent condition.

Sauce Tureen c1895
Gorgeous little tureen complete with stand and cover, printed in a steely flow blue.
Backstamp: Belmont Durability JHW & Sons Hanley England Semi Porcelain and impressed Ivory on stand. On tureen impressed Rd 277576.
There is some rubbing and loss of glaze to the rim of the stand and one handle on the tureen and the cover. Also to the stand a little discolouration to the stilt marks. There is a small manufacturing mark to the rim of the cover and the depth of blue varies a little to the tureen and stand. Inspite of all its "faults" it is a delightful little set.

Inside the tureen there is a little minor discolouration and to the inner rim of lid a very small discreet hairline.
