Maker: Unattributed Maker  Pattern:Temple with Panel
Basket with Stand c1810
This pattern is also known simply as Temple and other variants as Dagger Landscape and Dagger Border with Temple and makers included Spode and Minton. Here the design is printed in reverse to its usual orientation, so is also known as Temple with Panel Reversed and the maker has not been identified. Beautiful twig and woven basket with pierced rim stand printed in quite a deep blue with a pearly solid white glaze. No makers backstamp. Few minor blemishes. On basket tiny slither of glaze off rim and some rubs and glaze blemishes to sides of a few twigs. On stand three small chips or nicks on rim, plus a few rubs. All really unimportant, as overall these are in excellent condition and have survived well for pieces of such age and delicacy. Stand 9.25 x 7.5 inches 23.5 x 19 cm
