This is such an unusual little piece, with metal top and plunger to ease the mustard out of the side spout.

Some wear to the metal cover otherwise excellent condition.

Comport with Cover c1855
An antique covered comport of delightful shape and proportions, quite small. Printed with Rhine pattern, which was made by several makers, and is a series of similar views on different items.
Blue printed cartouche backstamp with word Rhine and an impressed W. We hesitate to attribute a maker, although Whitehaven Pottery or Edward Walley spring to mind.
The cover has a nibble to the rim, out of sight when in place. Otherwise lovely condition, soft blue print and white pearl glaze.

Bowl footed c1850
Fabulous large footed bowl with ornate side handles. Full pattern around the outside and to the foot with pattern inside to the base and border pattern around the inside rim.
Backstamp: Rhine impressed 14 P.
There is a little discolouration with just a little wear underneath to the foot.

Crazed with a little discolouration inside otherwise fine. Transfer is a little patchy in parts.

Covered Vegetable Dish c1900
Lovely oval dish with ornate side handles and central handle to the cover. Printed in a pale blue/grey.
No backstamp.
Some gritty glaze inside the base and under the cover, and a little wear to the handles. The cover also has some printing blemishes. Overall a lovely dish.

Small ladle printed in a pale grey with pattern on the inside of the bowl and along the line of the handle.
No backstamp.
A little minor discolouration underneath otherwise excellent condition.

Drainer small c1850
Delightful small round drainer printed in a light grey.
Backstamp: Rhine.
Light all over crazing with a couple of tiny tiny nicks to one hole and a little very minor discolouration underneath. Overall excellent condition with barely a scratch to the surface.
