Plate Washington's Prayer c1900
Absolutely delightful plate with wonderful fruit and floral border surrounding the central scene of Washington. Backstamp: Washington's Prayer at Valley Forge 1777. Historical Pottery B & D Staffordshire England. B & D is for Bawo and Dotter who were New York importers from 1864 to 1910. A little surface scratching with a little minor wear to the outer rim, overall excellent condition.
