Creamer or Jug c1800
This early pearlware jug or creamer is decorated with a Chinoiserie design that has been given the name Domed Pagoda on the Transferware Collectors Club database, where a coffee pot in the same design is illustrated and the existence of a saucer noted. The indented rim has ochre decoration. Backstamp: No maker's backstamp, but workman's mark of blue printed cross or sword. Wear to rim and chip to spout, but survived pretty well otherwise.
Dimensions: 0.15 ltr 9 cm high / 0.25 pint 3.5 ins high
