This is a really lovely oval platter. It has a some surface scratching, a little staining around the stilt marks and around the outer rim but overall is in excellent condition. Impressed S & H and 1887. We have not come across this backstamp before, but it can only apply to Stubbs and Hall of High Street, Longton active 1887 to 1892.
