Sauce Tureen c1920
Fabulous lidded tureen complete with stand and ladle. Backstamp: Copeland late Spode Rd No 637556 England also on stand impressed Copeland Crown. The tureen has a little mottling, inside some loss of glaze to the stilt marks and underneath a little wear to the foot. The ladle has a little very minor wear underneath otherwise is in excellent condition as is the lid. Overall an extremely pretty set.

Vase with Cover c1917
Stunning vase with cover which has a Dog of Fo' finial. Chinese Figures was Copeland Spode's 20th Century re-introduction of their 19th Century Prunus and Cracked Ice design Backstamp: Copeland Late Spode Rd No 637556 England and in script 2 6989. Registered number for 1914 and pattern introduced 1917. Light all over crazing with a little minor discolouration inside and a touch of wear to the finial, overall excellent condition and a fabulous piece.

Jug or Pitcher c1916
A most unusual jug, the background is Spode's Cracked Ice design and here with the added floral decoration. Minor wear to the rim otherwise excellent. Introduced in 1916 pattern number 2/6934 in yellow script. Blue printed seal mark Copeland late Spode with Rd No 637556 for 1914 and England.

Vase with Cover c1914
Chinese Figures pattern was registered by Copeland Spode on 26 May 1914 and is a combination of their famous Peacock design, introduced c1813 and Cracked Ice, introduced c1821. This elegant vase has a domed cover with a Dog of Fo finial in dark cobalt blue. Dogs of Fo are Chinese dragons and this one is more akin to a grumpy bulldog with a long tail. The glaze is finely crazed, but both vase and cover are in excellent condition. Blue printed Copeland late Spode England seal mark with registered number 637556 and script pattern number 2/6652

Lovely shape of dish with pattern both inside and out. Backstamp: Printed and impressed Spode. A little surface scratching inside to the base, a few excess inky spots in the pattern and to the rim a little wear and a chip.

A lovely dish from the Devonia dessert set. Backstamp: Impressed and printed Spode. Light crazing with a little wear, touch of minor discolouration and a hairline to the rim.

This is a stunning bowl with fluted body and beautifully patterned both inside and out. Backstamp: Spode. Light all over crazing and inside there is just a little very minor discolouration. Underneath there is a tiny tiny nick to the rim and a little minor wear. Overall a stunning piece.

An absolutely gorgeous piece. Beautifully patterned all over. The two side handles splay out into a leaf shape where they join the comport. Backstamp: Printed and impressed Spode. There is a tiny tiny chip under the rim and a little discolouration to a stilt mark, otherwise excellent condition.

Dessert Plate c1835
From the Copeland and Garrett period. Prunus and Cracked Ice is a Chinese design, which is symbolic of the New Year, a time when the cherry blossom falls onto the frozen lakes as the ice begins to thaw and crack. Impressed Copeland and Garrett backstamp in use from 1833 to 1840 and similar blue printed backstamp.

Made during the Copeland period. Backstamp blue printed Copeland. This is an absolutely gorgeous pair of small ginger jars printed in a dark shade of blue. In superb condition.
