A most unusual large jug with lid which has an ornate finial. Initial thoughts were a large hot water jug however there is an internal gate which suggests perhaps a jug for hot chocolate or milk.
Backstamp on one jug: Brown printed Doulton Burslem England and part of Rd No 166???
Crazed and pattern on lid softer than the jug, overall excellent condition.

A wonderful plate printed in a rich dark blue and featuring three highland cattle.
Backstamp: Doulton Burslem England and on the front the artists signature but this is indistinct.
There are some minor glazing blemishes but these are mainly on the back, overall a fabulous plate.

An amazing dish with ornate handle uniting three scalloped edged dishes and decorated with a rich cobalt blue and gilt floral decoration.

Light crazing with a little discolouration, but thanks to the gilt spatter decoration this is not too evident.
