| Maker: Royal Doulton Pattern:Morland Hunting Series Jug c1910 A beautiful stylish jug in Doulton's flagon shape, with continuous hunting scene around the body, one of thirteen scenes taken from paintings by George Morland 1763-1804. Under pattern number D801 this series was in production from 1902 to 1928. It was registered in 1902 under Reg. No. 374874.

Light all over crazing and a couple of blemished areas to the inside rim and on the back where it touched something whilst in the kiln.

The gilt to the rim is quite worn, there are a couple of very small unglazed areas and inside there is some surface scratching. Sounds much worse than it looks, this is a fabulous bowl.
