Ewer and Bowl childs c1825
John and William Ridgway. A truly gorgeous small ewer and bowl made in stoneware and decorated with lustre rims. The ewer has an extremely ornate handle and embossed details around the body. Backstamp: Japan Flowers Stone China JWR and in script 1240. A little minor wear to the lustre otherwise excellent condition.
Dimensions: Ewer 0.75 ltr, 16 cm high, bowl 21.5 cm diameter / Ewer 1.25 pint 6.25 ins high bowl 8.5 ins diameter
