Tea Plate c1883
Pratt & Simpson of Fenton were only in business from 1878 to 1883. This plate has a blue printed registration diamond dating the registration to 13 June 1883. The design is so typical of the period and printed in a turquoise blue. Originally had a gilt rim, but this is now worn. Some light crazing, which is barely visible on front.
