Lovely plate with charming rustic scene set within beautiful floral border, made by Edward & George Phillips of Longport, Staffordshire, active 1822 to 1834. Backstamp: Impressed Phillips Longport. Fine all over crazing with just a hint of very minor discolouration on the back, otherwise excellent condition.

By Edward & George Phillips of Longport, Staffordshire, active 1822 to 1834. A fabulous plate with a gorgeous bucolic scene surrounded by a floral border. No backstamp. Minor surface scratching and on the back a little minor mottling and minor wear to the foot rim, overall excellent condition.
