Teabowl Saucer c1825
This is a small teabowl saucer made by Edward and George Phillips of Longport, who were active 1822-1834. Decorated with their Guitar design, which is found rarely. The glaze is lightly crazed, but this is barely noticeable and there is a minor manufacturing glaze blemish. It really is in lovely condition. Blue printed cartouche has GUITAR inside and E & G P beneath. Large impressed 4.
