Maker: New Hall  Pattern:Two Moth Willow
Dish c1800
This pattern has also been named The Temple and Butterfly and was made by the New Hall Porcelain Works of Shelton, Staffordshire. This dish is hybrid hard paste porcelain, but the potting is very chunky and the base, which is unglazed contains numerous little stress lines from the firing. Ochre decoration to the rim and rather grey glaze. No maker's backstamp. Some signs of use and wear mainly to the rim, but no actual damage. In excellent condition.

Teabowl and Saucer c1820
Porcelain with gilt. Fabulous example of this unusual pattern. No backstamp. Tiny tiny manufacturing fault on the side of the bowl and a little wear to the gilt, overall excellent condition.
Dimensions: Bowl 9 cm diameter, 5 cm deep, saucer 14 cm / Bowl 3.5 ins diameter, 2 ins deep, saucer 5.5 ins
