Made by Francis Morley & Co of Hanley, who bought the Mason's patterns and moulds. Pretty small comport with pierced end handle. Printed in slate blue with hand painted dark cobalt leaves, rust blossom and green undertones to leaves. Attractive added gilt decoration. Some minor crazing to the glaze and signs of use, otherwise excellent condition. Printed cartouche backstamp with Blackberry and FM&Co and script pattern number 3339?
