This early Minton pattern is sometimes called Indian Queen and is believed to have been inspired by signs for 18th Century inns and shops, which went under names such as the Indian Queen, Old Indian Queen and Indian Queen and Star. Lovely platter in this fascinating pattern.
No backstamp.
The glaze is crazed, with some discolouration and wear mainly to the border and on the back, but overall good condition.

Light all over crazing to the glaze with a little associated discolouration and some wear to the outer rim otherwise absolutely fine and a delightful little platter.

Minor light crazing with a little surface scratching and wear to the outer rim. Overall pretty good for a plate approaching its 200th birthday!
