Jug or Pitcher c1826
Gorgeous jug with elaborately moulded spout and decorated with fabulous flowers in shades of teracotta and rich cobalt blue. Blue printed backstamp No 53 (the latter in script) Opaque China. There is a little wear around the rim and to the handle but overall this jug is in superb condition.
Dimensions: 15 cm high, 0.75 ltr / 6 ins high, 1.25 pint
