Magnificent dish, stone china with gilt highlights and lustre rim Backstamp: blue printed cartouche Amherst Japan and Stone China with No 824 in script and impressed Mintons and date cypher for 1885.
Excellent condition.

Meat Dish or Platter c1830
This lovely pattern was introduced in the mid to late 1820s and was produced for some 70 years. This is one of the earlier pieces and in spite of its size is incredibly light in weight. Blue printed under the glaze with hand applied colour. It has a few minor signs of wear and there is a chip to the top rim of approximately ¾” x ¼”.

There is a very small hairline to the rim and on the back to the foot rim a small chip.

Fabulous dish with pierced side handles highlighted with gilt.
Backstamp: Amherst Japan, Stone China and in script No 824.
A little surface scratching with minor wear to the outer rim and a touch of minor wear to the gilt. Overall excellent condition.

Bone China with gilt. A gorgeous dish with pierced detail either side highlighted with gilt and lustre rim.
Backstamp: Amherst Japan No 824 (the latter in script). The lustre is a little worn otherwise excellent condition.

Trio c1835
Made in England. Bone China. Wonderful trio of two different sized cups and a saucer.
Backstamp: Amherst Japan and in script 824.
Both cups have a little minor wear underneath and one also has a very small chip underneath which just peeks through.

A little surface scratching and on the back a touch of discolouration, overall excellent condition.
