Gorgeous little platter. No backstamp. In English Toy China by Doris Anderson Lechler this design is attributed to Charles Meigh of Hanley, Staffordshire 1832 to 1850 and we have gone along with that here. Light all over crazing with a little discolouration mainly on the back and a discreet hairline to the rim.

The pattern is similar to Asiatic Pheasants, but here printed in brown. The glaze is crazed, with some light staining to rim and back, but overall in good condition. There is no maker's backstamp. Delightful part toy service printed in green. Comprises of vegetable dish base, 1 x 5.5 ins, 1 x 5 ins 1 x 4.5 ins platters, 10 x 3.75 ins plates, 6 x 3.75 ins plates, 6 x 3 ins plates 6 x 3.75 ins soup plates. No backstamp but we have attributed this to Charles Meigh. Most pieces have light crazing and the 4.5 ins platter also has some discolouration. Overall excellent condition.

It has a couple of tiny firing faults inside to the base and just a touch of light crazing otherwise excellent. No makers marks.

There is a little light crazing to the stand and tureen and the gorgeous little ladle has a repair to the stem, otherwise absolutely fine. No makers marks, but in English Toy China by Doris Anderson Lechler it is attributed to Charles Meigh of Hanley, Staffordshire 1832 to 1850 and we have gone along with that here.

This is a lovely set of stand, tureen and cover. The stand has light crazing and three small hairlines to the rim, noticeable really only from the back. The tureen has a touch of crazing otherwise that and the cover are absolutely fine. No makers marks.
