Lovely plate with pattern vignettes set against a floral background. No backstamp. Light all over crazing otherwise excellent condition.

Plate c1820
A most interesting plate with vignettes of pattern set against a floral background. Known as The Stocking pattern and sometimes Comma pattern, it was introduced pre-1830. Backstamp: Impressed and printed Masons Patent Ironstone China. There is a little surface scratching and wear to the inner rim otherwise excellent condition.
