Super dish printed in lovely bold pattern, which appears to be a variant of Long Tailed Pheasant and is identical to the Hicks and Meigh No 2 pattern. Blue printed backstamp: Masons Patent Ironstone China. Superb condition with barely a scratch to the surface.

There is some surface scratching and on the back a little parting of the clay around the substantial foot, otherwise excellent condition and a total joy!

An absolutely stunning vase with lustre rim and gilt highlights to the pattern and would originally have had a lid but looks superb without.
Backstamp: Mason's Patent Ironstone and in script B 9505.
There is a small minor manufacturing fault to the rim which has been glazed and decorated and underneath just a little minor wear, overall excellent condition.
