By William Mason of Lane Delph, Staffordshire active 1811-1824. The Beaded Frame Mark Series consists of a series of rural scenes and depicted here is Ripon, Yorkshire. Backstamp: blue printed octagonal beaded frame(from which this series gets its name)and Ripon, Yorkshire within.

Dish Lymouth North Devon c1820
Stunning dish by William Mason of Lane Delph, Staffordshire active 1811-1824. This series consists of a series of rural scenes and depicted here is Lymouth Devon (Lynmouth). Backstamp: Octagonal beaded frame(from which this series gets its name)with Lymouth North Devon within. See Volume I Dictionary of Blue and White Printed Pottery, page 232 for this dish. There is a little wear to the ochre rim and a little loss of glaze to the stilt marks, overall excellent condition and a fabulous piece.

Dessert Plate Tyburn Turnpike c1820
By William Mason of Lane Delph, Staffordshire active 1811-1824. The Beaded Frame Mark Series consists of a series of rural scenes and here we have Tyburn Turnpike, which today is where Oxford Street meets the Edgware Road. Hardly a rural scene anymore. Blue printed backstamp: Octagonal beaded frame. (From which this series gets its name) and Tyburn Turnpike within.
