Hors d'Oeuvres Dish c1950s or 60s
With gilt. Pretty embossed flower detail to the centre highlighted with gilt. Maddock's version of Willow. Backstamp: Chinalene Maddock T. Hayward & Co Manchester England (the latter probably a retailer). Crazed with a little minor discolouration and on the back a black smudge which looks as if a previous backstamp had been wiped off before it was fired!

An unusual little piece, quite heavily potted. Excellent condition. Green printed backstamp: Maddock Ultra Vitrified England.

Small teapot with tiny brown stain to the rim (not noticeable when the cover is in situ' and another slightly larger inside. Otherwise fine. Blue printed backstamp. John Maddock & Sons Ltd Vitreous Made in England and impressed Rd No 698457
