Light all over crazing and on the back an unobtrusive small star hairline which does not go through to the front.

This plate has a deep bowl and flat base. A similar pattern was made by J & R Riley and is derived from a painting by Claude Lorraine. The Leeds Pottery version is notable for being found with different border designs, at least 6 at the last count.
Impressed backstamp Hartley Greens & Co over Leeds Pottery a mark that was used from 1812 to 1827.
There is a little surface scratching, but this plate is in superb condition.
