Fabulous plate with small cartouches of pattern to the convex rim featuring Oliver Twist Arrives in London, Birthplace of Dickens, Dickens House Gads Hill, The Old Curiosity Shop, Bleak House (Broadstairs), Dothboys Hall (Nicholas Nickleby). The foot rim on the back is pierced for hanging. Backstamp: Dickens Opaque China SH & S England Rd No.434243. There is a little minor wear to the outer rim and on the back a little minor discolouration overall excellent condition. Light all over crazing but thanks to the density of the pattern this is really only noticeable on the back. Otherwise excellent condition.
