This is white hard paste porcelain and was made by Fischer & Mieg of the Pirkenhammer Porcelain Factory at Karlovy Vary, Carlsbad in English, in the Czech Republic, although in the past this part of Bohemia has been part of Germany, Austria and Czechoslovakia? The factory was active from 1802 and whilst going through various ownerships survived into the 21st Century. Fischer & Mieg were active 1859 to 1873.
