Teacup and Saucer c1930s
Empire Porcelain Company. Unusual cup and saucer with delightful rural scene running continuously around the body of the cup and also rim of the saucer, with a vignette of the same inside the cup. A little blue speckling inside the cups and to a little of the saucers otherwise fine.
