Plate pierced rim c1930
Lovely pierced rim plate with gilt spatter decoration to the rim and main pattern printed in a steely blue. Backstamp: Empire Stone on Trent England. Light all over crazing with a little minor wear on the back and to the rim a small discreet hairline.
