Meat Dish or Platter c1845
Wonderful large platter with gorgeous floral border surrounding the central scene made by Thomas Dimmock of Albion Street and other potteries at Shelton and Hanley active 1828 to 1859. Backstamp: blue printed Rose Wreath and impressed Dimmock monogram. Crazed with a little very minor surface scratching, overall excellent condition and a stunning piece.

Dessert Dish c1835
An unusual and attractive shape of dessert dish, with lobed rim and moulded side grip handle. Pretty romantic scene and dish made by Thomas Dimmock of Albion Street and other potteries at Shelton and Hanley active 1828 to 1859. Backstamp: blue printed floral cartouche with Rose Wreath within and impressed PEARLWARE. Light crazing and on the face one stilt mark is prominent. Overall excellent condition.
