| Maker: Dimmock Pattern:Filigree Meat Dish or Platter c1835 Filigree is a pattern usually associated with Spode and Mnton, but this is by neither. On the back is an indistinct impressed monogram, which is sufficient evidence to attribute this platter to Thomas Dimmock, who has been previously recorded as producing this design.
It is a lovely dish. The glaze is crazed and there is minor wear to the outer rim and there are a couple of tiny flakes of glaze missing, but thanks to the nature of the pattern this is barely noticeable.
