James Deakin. The glaze is crazed with a little light staining here and there. There is a hairline running in from the rim for 2 ins 5.5 cm.

This piece is not marked but the pattern is usually attributed to James Deakin. There is some smudging of the transfer to a little of the rim otherwise this little plate is in superb condition with just a little light crazing but barely a scratch to the surface.

Tea Plate c1835
James Deakin. These are gorgeous little plates and, although with light all over crazing, are still bright and clean. One however does have two areas of flaking glaze one each on the back and front and also has two hairlines to the rim. The other has flaking of the glaze to the back and a hairline.

Tea Plate c1835
James Deakin. Delightful little plates. There is fine all over crazing to the glaze, with a little discolouration mainly around the rim and to the back. One plates has a small manufacturing chip to the rim and another has a firing crack wonderfully disguised in the curve of the plate. They are still however bright and clean.
Typical blue printed backstamp leopard in tower with Spanish Beauties beneath, one has no backstamp but is clearly by the same maker as the marked ones.

Cheese Stand c1835
Lovely stand with quite deeply canted sides and beautifully decorated all over.
Backstamp: Spanish Beauties.
There is wear and discolouration to the rim and some blemishes and a little minor discolouration to the face of the stand.
