Cockson and Harding of New Hall Works, Shelton, Staffordshire, active 1856 to 1862 were successors to Hackwood. This floral sheet pattern is well known and was also made by Hackwood, but appears not to have a name. Impressed backstamp C & H LATE HACKWOOD. Minor nick to foot rim of one plate and possible small hairline on rim of the other. Face bright and clean. Similar pieces are illustrated in Understanding Miniature British Pottery & Porcelain by M & E Milbourn.
