An absolutely gorgeous comport with gilt rim and gilt highlights. At some point the top has been bolted to the base! This is however fairly discreet and the rest of the comport is in superb condition.

Bone China with gilt - lots of it! This is gorgeous and the gilt to the rim is slightly embossed.
Backstamp: England Coalport AD 1750.
Slight minor shadowing to a little of the cup foot otherwise excellent condition.
