Made by Joseph Clementson of Hanley, active 1839 to 1864. Light all over crazing, a little surface scratching and touch of wear to the outer rim. Blue printed cartouche backstamp with Indian Scenery on shield and initials J C below.

Made by Joseph Clementson of Hanley, active 1839 to 1864. There is a little minor wear to the outer rim but overall excellent condition. Blue printed cartouche backstamp with Indian Scenery on shield and initials J C below.

Dinner Plate c1845
Made by Joseph Clementson of Hanley, active 1839 to 1864. This pattern appears to be previously unrecorded. A romanticised Indian scene within a floral and scroll border. Some signs of wear, but excellent condition. Blue printed cartouche backstamp with Indian Scenery on shield and initials J C below.
