Made at the Cambrian Pottery, Swansea, Wales this is one of the loveliest rural scenes ever produced on china. Here on a large platter it may be viewed in its full splendour.
The glaze is finely crazed and there are some knife marks on the face from use, with an occasional touch of light staining in the lines. Wear to the rim. Hang it on the wall or pop it on the dresser and you have a stunning platter.
No makers backstamp. 20 impressed.

This is one of the loveliest rural scenes on a lovely dish. Made by the Cambrian Pottery at Swansea. Crazing to the glaze, otherwise excellent condition. No makers marks just an impressed 18.

Overall this is an absolutely fabulous plate. It does however have a small rub to the rim and there is some excess ink just above the centre of the plate.
