Made in England. Brand new and first quality and the ceramic tiers are dishwasher and microwave safe. Bottom tier dark blue Calico, middle tier blue Felicity and top tier blue Asiatic Pheasants. Metal finish is Relief Silver, which is a dulled "antiqued" silver. Dismantles flat for storage.
