Wash Bowl c1880
Made by T C Brown-Westhead Moore & Co. This is a lovely bowl of huge magnitude, originally from a toilet set. Pale blue body beautifully printed all over the inside with rose leaves and flowers. Blue printed bead decoration to rim. Plain on the outside. A little minor wear to the rim otherwise fine. Blue printed backstamp of crown, garter and shield with initials BWM&Co and impressed T C Brown-Westhead Moore & Co. Impressed registration mark for the shape for 1873 and a printed registration mark for the pattern for 1880.
Dimensions: 38 cm diameter, 13.5 cm high / 15 ins diameter, 5.25 ins high
