Lovely dish in this pretty floral pattern.

The base has light crazing with a little minor wear to the outer rim and underneath a tiny manufacturing fault. The cover is also crazed and inside has a little discolouration. Sounds far worse than it looks!

Breakfast Cup with Cover and Saucer c1930s
Very pretty covered cups and saucers. The saucers have crazing but thanks to the density of the pattern this is mainly noticeable from the back. The cups have minor signs of wear mainly to the rims. One cover has a small firing fault to the inside rim not noticeable when in situ'. Overall extremely pretty pieces.

Cup and Saucer c1930s
This is a marriage but a pretty one! The cup is Bourne and Leigh Mayblossom and is in excellent condition. The saucer is Hawthorn by the Empire Porcelain Company and again is in excellent condition. The patterns are basically the same with white flowers on a blue background. The main difference is that Hawthorn is stylized like the Chinese prunus design with a "cracked ice" background and the flowers are well defined. with the Mayblossom the flowers are a little more muted.
