Warming Dish c1930s
Scrolls is a given name for this design, which is pattern number 6765. A pretty plate blue printed under the glaze with hand applied enamel colour. The plate has a built in reservoir beneath to hold hot water, in order to keep the plate warm. A lovely extra detail on this plate is that the cork stopper has a ceramic cover. Fantastic condition.
