J & MP Bell of Glasgow. A fabulous large footed bowl beautifully decorated both inside and out with this classical fountain scene. Backstamp: Neuilly J & MPB & Co. Light crazing with just a hint of minor discolouration and some surface scratching inside to the base. Overall a stunning piece.
